1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Praynook’s website, mobile application, or services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. About Praynook

Praynook is a technology platform that connects users (Yajmans) with verified and experienced Pandits for offline Poojas, spiritual guidance, and related services.

3. Use of Services

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in any activity that disrupts or harms our services.

4. Pandit Services

Praynook connects you with independent Pandits. The Pooja, rituals, and guidance will be provided by the Pandit; Praynook is not responsible for the performance or conduct of the Pandit.

5. Payments

A platform fee (as applicable) is charged for booking services on Praynook. The dakshina or honorarium for the Pandit is paid directly by the user to the Pandit after the Pooja. Praynook does not collect or suggest any dakshina amount.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which is available on the website. Platform fees (if applicable) are refundable as per the policy terms.

7. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information while booking.
• Be respectful towards Pandits and our team.
• Ensure timely availability for the scheduled Pooja.
• You are responsible for the arrangements and items required for the Pooja.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

Praynook is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or the conduct of Pandits.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, graphics, and materials on Praynook are the property of Praynook and may not be used without our written permission.

11. Changes to Terms

Praynook reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be updated on this page with the revised effective date.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
